In order to celebrate the 114th International Women's Day, to better show the good spirit of the staff, to enrich the cultural life of the staff, to cultivate the staff to love and experience life, thankful for caring and other emotions, and to strive to create a harmonious atmosphere and promote the construction of corporate culture. In March,  our group organized a series of activities such as fun activities, spring tea party, spring travel and welfare distribution.

1. Fun group activities

The trade unions of the subsidiaries of the Group carried out fun group activities with the theme of "Pursuing Dreams for a New Era, Women in Good Age" among the employees. Thirty-four teams of workers from New Yangzi Shipbuilding, Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding and Yangzi Mitsui Shipbuilding responded and participated actively.

2. Spring Tea Party Event

Spring is the season of everything recovering, and it is also the best time to taste life. on March 15, about 70 representatives of female workers from all subsidiaries participated in the Spring Tea Party , "Tea is thick in spring, and women share the splendor".

3、Travelling in Qinhu

On March 16, nearly a hundred female workers gathered together to put into the embrace of nature, appreciate the natural scenery, and have a spring date. 

4. Welfare Distribution

In order to thank the hard work of the female workers and express the love and care for them, our Group, in addition to organizing fun activities, the spring date and the spring tea party, also considered the actual needs of the workers, and prepared and distributed the holiday welfare products for the female workers, with a total distribution of more than 1,700 copies.
